If you have a prior version of TomCat on your machine and you have used the installer then your might  experience difficulties starting the wizard. I.e. running the wizard from the start menu makes it appear as if the server is not running.

 The fix is simple:

Add these environment variables to startup.bat in the OpenLexicon
installation directory
set CATALINA_HOME=<install directory>

set TOMCAT_HOME=<install directory>
