You may use Lexicon and/or the Broker Control Panel according to the Licence that is included with the executable version of the server, copyright 2005 Lexicon Enterprises, Inc/Tipping Point, Inc.

Source code is avalable under the  OpenLexicon OpenSource Licence version 1.0.0. It is a modified version of the  Mozilla Public Licence. The original Mozilla Public License 1.1 can be
